I calmly explained and showed my order confirmation on my phone multiple times, but instead of listening, she continued to argue. After realizing the mistake, there was still no apology. Customer service should treat people with respect and professionalism. Even if an employee is upset or stressed, they should explain things politely and not argue with customers in front of everyone. No matter who the customer is, everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.
