  Overall groceries (veggies) are affordable and good quality. I was a little dissapointed with the tamales, as they had more masa then meat in them for $2.99/ea. I will likely buy their roasted whole chicken next time for $10.99 w/ a 1.5 liter coca cola bottle (weekend special), as I'm hoping that will be more satisfying. Good place to go if you're on a budget. We really like the Superior in the Cypress area, as the quality of items are much better there and more variety. 🙂

  I live across the street from the superior grocery store and every time I go to the hot deli, the girl in the back named Jenny, who runs the deli is so inconsiderate and rude she walks past us waiting to get hot food shaking her head like we inconvenience her there’s at least 25 condo owners that live behind superior grocers that refuse to go there because of the rude treatment we get from Jenny in hot deli I am a manager at Walmart and we would never tolerate this kind of behavior from a manager she is absolutely hurting the reputation of superior grocers and something needs to be done about it there are many grocery stores we can choose from and we will go to other stores that respect their patrons management please address this manager Jenni in hot deli this has been going on for years now
