    I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee named Fernando at Subway today. I ordered a Philly Subway sandwich and specifically asked for the bread not to be toasted. I also explained that I wanted one half without any ingredients and the other half plain. Fernando wrapped the plain half and then waited for me to tell him what ingredients I wanted added. After that, I clarified that although I did not want the bread toasted, I still wanted the meat warmed up. He responded by saying that it was “the same thing” and refused to do it because he had already wrapped the sandwich. His attitude throughout the interaction was very rude and condescending. I was simply asking for the meat to be warmed while keeping the bread untoasted, which is not an unreasonable request. Unfortunately, because he refused to accommodate the request and continued being dismissive, I ended up leaving the sandwich there and walking out. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received and hope this issue can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.

    Went in and had the most delicious sub thanks to Beto!! I was in a hurry and quickly gave him my order with certain specifications and he did it up perfectly and in a jiffy!! I usually have someone mess it up but it was perfectly made. Will definitely be visiting this location again! Thank you Beto!!

    I’m genuinely disappointed by my experience at this location. After asking for extra onions on my sandwich, the employee (a shorter man working the line) refused and said, “this is enough onions for you.” I offered multiple times to pay extra but he still refused. What upset me most wasn’t even the onions, it was how dismissive and embarrassing the interaction felt. I’ve never had a Subway refuse to add toppings before, especially when I was willing to pay. I left feeling genuinely shocked and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.
