Stopped by Sonic today and honestly ended up getting way more than just food — the customer service here was absolute top-tier energy from beginning to end.
The entire staff carried themselves with this calm, friendly, welcoming attitude that instantly made the experience feel different. Everybody I interacted with was respectful, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind without making it feel forced or scripted. You can tell when people actually care about creating a good experience versus just surviving a shift, and this team absolutely cared.
What stood out most was how smoothly everything flowed. Orders moved quickly, communication was clear, and even during busy moments the energy stayed positive. No chaos, no attitude, no “you’re bothering me by existing” fast-food energy that somehow became normal in half the world after 2020.
