  I’ve never had an employee look me straight in the eye and ignore me. These hardworking employees are trained to focus on speed of drive through that they ignore the folks who come inside. It’s terrible and makes you feel like a nuisance.

  McDonald's is always gonna be good no matter who assembles the burger. Maybe it's my fault for not checking the contents in the bag before driving off but yes, they DO often forget to add items you've purchased. Even if the burger is put together like trash, I guess all the ingredients are still there. Lol

  Good overall experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Service was quick, and the staff seemed organized even during a busy time. The place was clean, and the order was prepared correctly without any issues, which I really appreciate. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a bit crowded, and the atmosphere isn’t always the most comfortable during peak hours. Still, a reliable spot when you want something fast and consistent.

  ​I am writing to express my frustration with the curbside service at your location today. I placed an order for an iced coffee through the app and checked in at the designated curbside number immediately upon arrival. ​After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I eventually had to call the store directly to get my order. If a location is going to offer curbside as an option on the McDonald's platform, the staff must be attentive to the app notifications. Otherwise, it is a waste of the customer's time. ​Please ensure your staff is properly managed and trained to monitor these orders so that other customers don't have to call the store just to receive a simple drink order.

  I want to know what i so difficult about making a order correct. Multiple times i get fries that are frozen or the container is almost empty and i have to drive back because i was provided 3 fries in my medium. Also when i request extra ketchup/mustard and then receive almost none or just mustard, that is insane. Its really not that difficult, people are trying to save themselves 3 seconds instead of just providing the proper order.
