  Had a great breakfast. Lily was our server. She was attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was ready quickly. I had the Stuffed Churro French Toast and it was amazing. Will be back to try a savory option next time.

  At 1st we where so disappointed, we waited for 1.5 hours to be seated after being passed over 3 times when the hostess name Anglica keep telling us we r next. Her unprofessional at the front door was rude and not a friendly person. We almost left but decided to stay and eat. Food was good but the highlight of are visit was our server Rafael. Rafael was absolutely amazing!! Professional, attentive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend him.

  Went in for the first timeyesterday( Friday morning) around 10am with a party of 6. Our waitress was great, friendly, and attentive. Food was decent (and came out fast) but service was excellent. Didn't get the girls name but she was very sweet.

  Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the woman helping us had a rude, annoyed attitude and clearly did not want to be there. We were charged $11.99 for a side of steak, which is already ridiculous—but when it came out, it was only about five tiny pieces. Completely unacceptable for the price. When I tried to ask if that was seriously the portion we were paying for, she ignored me and walked away. When she finally came back, instead of answering the question or fixing the issue, she had the nerve to say, “Are you going to pay?” The level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service was shocking. This place clearly does not value its customers. First and last time coming here—save your money and go somewhere else.

  I had an incredible experience at the Loaded Cafe on Harbor and McFadden today. The food was great as always, but what really made the visit stand out was the service. A huge shout-out to Rafael—he was absolutely amazing! He provided some of the best, most attentive service I’ve received in a long time. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely friendly. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for him. Thanks for a great meal, Rafael! -Daniel V
