I arrived at 8:02pm on 6-23-26 to order 1 thing. The man working told me he’s already closed even though the store doesn’t close until 8:30pm. I asked him what time he closes and he told me 8:30pm but he needs time to clean up. The store was already cleaned up. I pointed that out. He said he needed extra time to take out the trash because he had to walk to another gate. He took out the trash and returned to the store by 8:18pm and then sat there doing nothing listening to his music. Horrible work ethic. Hopefully his management actually cares and will read this, figure out who closed up on 6-23-26 and correct the issue. I’m flight crew and we rely on airport restaurants. Closing up 30mins early for no acceptable reason other than a horrible work ethic is unacceptable. I gave the guy multiple opportunities and each time he refused. I would not want this person working at my shop if I owned it. 6-28-26: Arrived at 8:15pm and the lady there said she’s closed. I said the posted hours are closing at 8:30pm and she refused to complete an order. She was making a smoothie…presumably for herself. Clearly management here has no intention of getting their workers to respect their published hours of operation, despite what they say on review replies. The workers here have a horrible work ethic and clearly bad management as well.

I went to order (6-22-26 at 10.15am).. the lady is standing right there but asked me to order on kiosk.. I asked her where and how I can find the drink I’m looking for. She’s still standing right there and says it’s on the kiosk.. at this point I’ve spent 2 mins at the kiosk and she’s just standing there.. i try asking a further question and she’s like it’s in the kiosk.. I just walked away..

I bought a greens and ginger smoothie on Friday 22nd May morning. The Lady at the counter was very upset about the tip. It was the most horrible smoothie I have ever had with a thick sludge cake stuck at the bottom. Its been one day and now I am down with food poisoning diarrhea, please avoid this place.

Service is slow and inefficient. 10+ minutes to receive one smoothie. No one else in line. No other orders. 2 people working. For an airport location, waiting 10 minutes for a smoothie is an eternity. Also for some reason, it is company policy that they cannot split cup a medium sized smoothie. Must pay an extra $1 for an extra cup.

To preface, I barely ever take the time to write reviews, and if I do, it’s usually to write something positive out of gratitude! I’m taking the time today because of the exceptionally bad service. I ordered food at the pizza place next door, on Monday 3/2/26 at 12:03pm, and came here to order a smoothie while waiting for my pizza. When I went up to the register to order, there was no one there. Then an employee stuck her head around a booth seat and said, “We’re closed, I’m on my break, 10 more minutes.” I totally respect that! So I said I’d wait to order and went back to get my pizza. When I returned with my pizza about 15 minutes later, the same employee was still sitting at the booth watching videos on her phone. I went up to the kiosk to order myself, in case she’d notice and come back to make my order, and she said again, “We’re closed, I’m on my break.” Over the next half an hour, I watched three separate customers go up to the register to order, look around for an employee, and that employee telling them, “We’re closed, I’m on my break, 10 more minutes.” One customer went away, one said she would wait, and one customer walked away and said, “That’s how you lose business,” after I told her the employee was on a 10 minute break that had gone long past 10 minutes. After about 45 minutes since I first walked up to order, the employee finally got up from watching videos in the booth seat to go behind the counter. The customer who had been waiting finally ordered, and then the employee told her they don’t take cash, so I offered to pay for her order. There are no signs anywhere indicating they don’t take cash, which would be nice to know for customers before they order (especially since this nice woman waited half an hour to order after what was supposed to be a “10 minute” break.) When the employee finished the woman’s order, she didn’t even call it out, just left it on the counter for the woman to notice whenever, even though she was sitting down elsewhere, waiting. This employee, a woman perhaps in her 40’s, was aloof, unfriendly, irresponsible and untruthful. I myself work in customer service, and I would never treat people or their time like this. It’s especially inconsiderate given that people have flights to catch and may not expect to be waiting so long. I can now see that other reviews have similar complaints of employees hiding and taking their time, ignoring customers and making people wait unnecessarily. After repeated reviews with similar reports, it seems like management should actually take action to address this. This was all on Monday 3/2/26, from 12:03pm to 1pm. I suggest addressing this with the specific employee who was on the schedule at this time.
