  I got here because it's down the street from where I work but lately the girls that work the drive thru never seem to get anything right cause their always playing at the window. Today I went and I always usually get the same thing only difference was I asked for the drink to be large. Usually it's $6.54 when I don't get it large so today was$ 7.07 which is fine. So I have a habit of checking the transactions I make during the day and the end of my day. I'm looking at pollo loco and they charged me $13.32 for a original pollo bowl with large drink I was calling and calling and calling then someone picks up and just hangs up the phone. It's ridiculous how they wanna charge 7 dollars on my card when my total was $7.07 . Like how is this acceptable and then u don't wanna answer her phone calls why because you already know u charge me a extra 7bucks at the window just because. So now pollo loco is stealing money like this or what's really going on all my transactions on my statement say $6.54 except for this one for $13.32 for one original pollo bowl combo with a large drink. So 7 bucks to make the drink large is ridiculous. Never again will I go here. I can promise u that. I don't care if its 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 dollars. U don't just take money that I worked for from my card when u told me a different price and now that I'm remembering you charge me the order of the person in front of me just because ur distracted playing around with ur co workers inside!!!!!this is unacceptable. I tried calling back like 20 times they pick up once but hung it up . Only once it's a different amount because I order a large potatoes and small coleslaw for the person that was sitting next to me but as u can see it's always 6.54 unlike today 7 dollars extra for a large drink it's insane!!!! That is definitely stealing and stealing is a crime .

  Placed an order on your mobile app. Went to the counter to pick up my order stood there for about 3-4 min completely ignored No Hello Zero Acknowledgement of my presence. I mean there were only 8-10 employees with 10 ft of me all focused on the drive thru. Are those the ONLY customers you care about? After getting tired of being ignored I literally waved my hands in the air to get someone's attention and she gave me my order STILL No Hello No Thank you! Absolutely unfriendly environment and your entire staff lacks Customer Service! Starts with Store Mgmt obviously NOT a Priority.

  Never complains about El Pollo Loco this time I got me a healthy salad I just wanted to eat healthy it was really delicious as well thank you.

  Made order online, discount coupon never get credited, when arrived to pick up order Ive ask if they can help me with the order, but they didn’t, so wait for my order to get ready, not get told order was ready until I asked and order was cold already. Bad service at restaurant and shame on you attempt to make orders online. Never going to buy anything from this location of pollo loco.

  Waste of time and money. This burrito fell apart instantly. Pollo loco has lost their quality 100% 10:30AM service
