  Portion sizes are smaller than any other Chipotle in orange county. I travel all over oragne County and this is the one with the smallest portions asked the employee if thats what they were instructed to do and she said yeah.. try any other Location

  They always have a bad attitude especially Priscilla she said she is the manager she is so arrogant, has no class and is very rude.She is also conceited when serving the customer. From time to time, we go there and buy some food but we are so tired and fed up with them havibg such a bad attutude. They are the worst. We really do not know what is their problem. Today I went to get some white rice and black beans, I said one bowl of rice also one of black bean but she did NOT even pay attention and she put everything together while I was looking for something else. When I turned back I saw that she put everyrhing together ... and I told her I never said to put it together and she right away got worst than she was from the begining and very disrespecful and arguing. She also said that I have to communicate ....really ..?? It is their job to ask and to serve customers how we and what we want before she starts doing whatever and however she wants to communicate and has to be properly and clear but since they always have bad manners , rude and such bad attitudes, it is hard to communicate with them , this is NOT the first time we've had problems with this individual, if she doesn't want to work then she MUST quit or go to school to learn some manners, be educated and have some respect if she wants the same. Managers HAVE to be coaching their employees and tell them to be polite and respectful with customers and everybody else. That was unacceptable. We won't go back, neither my friends and family, it is their loss. Too bad they will lose bussines , when I asked for her name to report her she refused to tell me her name but she forgot that her name will be on the receipt ... when I paid and ask for my receipt because she didn't give it to me, which they are obligated and responsable to do it, which it mandated by law to give the receipts to all the customers. They don't like to give receipts because they do not want to pay properly taxes and that's is cheating and hiding money they make and its a ripoff. Managers are responsible

  The food is excellent- the cooks do great! No juices or lemonades(all were empty), some of the staff are rude, and the tables/chairs are consistently messy/dirty.
