  On 5/8/26 I oder online and picked up my food around 1:15 p.m. Obviously took my food home. Started eating, and when I was halfway through my burrito, a sponge fiber came out. At first I thought it was a hair, but it was thicker than a hair and felt somewhat plastic like. Obviously I didn't finish the burrito because I ended up feeling disgusted. I took a picture and filed a complaint online. I just received an email letting me know that they have receive my message and customer service will contact within one business day. I hope they truly take this type of incidents seriously since people can become ill if they ingest something like this, especially those who are already unwell or in a more delicate or vulnerable conditon.

  This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. Very poor customer service and lack of training. I can't believe how bad it is nowadays. First, we had to wait 4 minutes for the rude female employee. We asked for extra rice and the rude female rolled her eyes. Also, we asked for 3 tortillas, cool, not hot, and the manager and cashier said it wasn't possible because it's a rule that they can't break at Chipotle. Really? I asked for two kids' meals and they charged me for the cheese because apparently, now it's a rule that if you ask for cheese on your kids' meal, it's extra. What a joke! This is definitely why Chipotle is going out of business because even with the general manager present, they don't care anymore. Saira was my cashier, but also the general manager. I paid 30 dollars for a burrito and 2 kids' meals. What a waste of money! Here are some pictures of your poor service and the extra side that they charged me. Stay away from CHIPOTLE ON BRISTOL ST, Santa Ana.

  I had the honey Chipotle chicken today. THAT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. If you haven’t tried this chicken and enjoy your life.

  The employees were fantastic. The portion were low so I will say that it could’ve been more. I recommend attending the chipotle in Costa Mesa they serve a higher portion and also have a variety of fountain drinks.

  Came in today for a quick grab, but Yenkhe (hoping I didn’t misspell her name) told me about an Anaheim Ducks offer cause of my hat! Didn’t have to mention it but she did and got an extra bowl, super grateful to people who are mindful to help out! Food was great as always and I appreciate the speed and clean location here 11/10! Will come again
