  I came to this B-dubs because it was the closest one atm. It is everything these reviews mention, so if you can go to a different one please do. Do not get the bottomless appetizers because in 2 hours they would have only brought you the first round which is only 2 options per round at a time and they are small portions at that. The staff was friendly however it must be understaffed because of how long we had to wait for our food. Btw we were only the 2nd party there when we arrived on a Saturday 2pm (party of 3 persons and a baby). I had to come find our waiter to ask for the bill after 2 hours and was billed for a beer that never made it to the table, not to mention our second round of appetizers never made it either. Definitely the worst b-dubs I've been to as far as service goes.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited around 20 minutes while employees stood around chatting before anyone acknowledged us. After finally being seated, no one even offered us water or came by to check on us. To make matters worse, the employee who seated us was sucking on a lollipop while handling our menus, which looked extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Then a family of six was seated behind us, and staff took their order and brought them drinks before we had even received water. Overall, the service was terrible, the staff seemed disorganized, and the professionalism was lacking. Definitely not the experience I expected.

  Our server was super friendly and cheerful. She was quick to make recommendations and shared her favorites. Get the fudge cake!

  1. My food arrived late and was kind of COLD, like it had been sitting ready for a while. 2. The host (Latina) seemed unhappy with her job. She brought the food to our table and slammed the plates down. (Not the server) Overall, I do not recommend this place. Buffalo Wild Wings has better locations—this one was a bad experience.

  When we walked in no one greeted us so we finally went to ask where we could sit. The place was not too clean but we were all so hungry and had limited time we decided to stay. The fries were cold, the soda had an odd taste but we just wanted to eat and the chicken was good so we only ate that. The place was very short staffed, with some of the staff doing their best and others just rude. When we were leaving my friend remarked that the place stinks. I thought it was only me that could smell it because I have a strong sense of smell but then our other friend agreed. Never again. Hope the health department visits this place.
