Since Julisa didn’t give me a receipt I called before heading back for my refund. I was on hold for 20 mins - no answer. So I drove back (phone call still on hold) and asked for a refund. It took Jessica 10 mins to figure it out and said I should have my refund in a few business days. it’s been 2 weeks, still no reply from corporate email and still no refund. Happy to never return but still need my $6 back.

The bagel was fresh, but overall pretty plain, and the bottom was dense—possibly under-kneaded. The avocado was fresh but borderline unripe. On the positive side, the staff was great—very friendly, fast service, and the store was clean. There was even someone outside actively cleaning the patio area, which I appreciated. I counted four employees plus a manager with only three customers in line, so service was definitely efficient. That said, the pricing feels unfair for what you get. I understand staffing and operational costs can vary, especially during busy times, but the value just isn’t there. I’d love to see more reasonable pricing that better reflects the quality of the food.
