  Very disappointed. I recently moved right down the street so I was overjoyed to see that there is a location here. I have been to many locations and never had an experience like this. Let me preface by saying in no way was this location busy, I have seen how busy these places get. Yet somehow they managed to get my food wrong, and give me attitude while doing so. Do not ask for more than one bagel at a time or be ready to be faced with huffing and puffing while ordering. I did not order anything complicated, and asked her if I need to wait to give her time to finish the first part of my order she said no. I understand there being a language barrier but this is unbelievable. And they put about 1 tbsp of cream cheese on your bagel a complete joke! Absolute waste of my time and money.

  The farmhouse was delicious and the staff were friendly. Would visit again.

  Employees are snappy and rude. They messed up my order and argued with me over 50 cents of cream cheese that they forgot to put on my order. Then refused to give me a refund. Would not come here again due to lack of customer service etiquette.
