Unfortunately, the cake we received was very disappointing. The decorating lacked attention to detail and looked rushed compared to the beautiful display cakes that are sold for the same price. It's frustrating to pay the same pricing and receive a product that doesn't match the quality being advertised in the store. If the display cakes represent what customers can expect, then preorders should be held to that same standard. The cake tasted fine, but the presentation was nowhere near worth $55. I hope the baker improves its consistency so that preorder customers receive the same care and craftsmanship as the cakes on display.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
