It's frustrating to pay the same pricing and receive a product that doesn't match the quality being advertised in the store. If the display cakes represent what customers can expect, then preorders should be held to that same standard. The cake tasted fine, but the presentation was nowhere near worth $55. I hope the baker improves its consistency so that preorder customers receive the same care and craftsmanship as the cakes on display.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
