They need to update their hours, they are not open 24 hours. It's 12:30am, I went into the drive thru only because I saw two female workers inside, and it says open 24 hours, but no one answered/ it was closed. Need to update please

As someone who has been going here my whole life, I am disgusted by this franchise’s move to make eating at the restaurant less than ideal. Ordering to eat there no longer guarantees you a tray to eat your food, and when I asked for one we received it with a paper mat that looked years old. When I asked for a refill since there is no longer a machine accessible to customers, they said they no longer allow free refills. What’s the point of eating there if basic commodities are no longer a given? It is egregious that I can get a refill at other McDonald’s but not the one in my home town. This change in policy may save them very little money, but is the erosion of basic decency to customers really worth it? I personally don’t think it is. How long until they charge for ketchup? Napkins? How long until they get rid of indoor seating altogether since takeout is more convenient and cost effective? As companies put more and more emphasis on cost-saving, it is the customer that takes the hit.
