    Disappointing customer service. I felt rushed while ordering, wasn’t greeted, and got a sticker instead of a straw topper with no apology or explanation. The employee and a coworker were also talking about another employee in a way that came across as mean-girl behavior and felt unprofessional. I’ve never had an experience like this at another Dutch Bros.

    Terrible customer service as soon as we got to the window, not a greeting was said they were rude from the start, we felt like an inconvenience for them. For what Dutch stands on being kind friendly and welcoming I will not be coming back to this location.

    The kids working we're too busy making videos to take the order, this is the second time I have come and I will never come again. Bad service! No wonder Starbucks was had a full line while they were empty. Sad, I go to Dutch bros often in other areas. Don't waste your money at this location.
