I was given barely any chicken, so I had to pay an extra $5 for a double portion—and somehow still ended up with less chicken than I expected. I really don’t understand the portioning at this location. A half scoop is not a proper portion. The staff needs to be consistent and actually measure out the portions instead of just giving customers whatever amount they feel like. For the price you’re paying, this is extremely disappointing. Hopefully management addresses it.

It does not matter if you visit a location in a wealthier area or elsewhere, the corporate routine is identical. While it offers a quick option with some healthier choices compared to typical fast food, the food quality and portion sizes leave a lot to be desired for the price you pay. A practical improvement for food quality would be properly washing both the white and brown rice beforehand to remove excess starches. Furthermore, this is certainly not a 4 or 5 star establishment. Those ratings are reserved for exceptional quality, whereas this is an average, middle of the road option at best. (Note to management: If an automated AI system is going to reply to this, please spend less time generating canned responses and more time focusing on making the food and customer service better.)
