The cake was beautiful. The price was good. She was so helpful so hospitable we need more people in the bakery like you Michele. It was such a beautiful event we gave for our family member. She even allowed me to pay for all my cases --- of Beverages She made sure the cake was done to perfection with the perfect writing on it. She helped me to choose what was best for the occasion. She Had everything done and on time. Thank you Michele for your excellent customer service

Tatyana (or a similar named) person was extremely rude when I had requested to place an order for the cake and even to ask her basic questions was a challenge. I felt unwelcomed and left the store today without ordering. I have ordered my daughter's birthday cake every single year at this store, except this time. This was at 2:30pm 4/17 . Pls bring back the friendly store associates we always had.

All this time the stores have been great, But the Safeway store on Bollinger Canyon in Gayle Ranch (San Ramon CA.) is absolutely AWFUL in every way. I don't care to explain since they don't do anything well. The management/leadership of this store is inept and should be terminated.
