- CKcole kMay 9, 20262.0Walked in on a Saturday with my daughter who wanted a pastry. We sat up at the order station for 4+ minutes without any acknowledgement. Finally decided to use the self service screen, which is clearly what they expect but have no sign telling you so. Waited another 7+ minutes for someone to come out of the back to put on an apron and gloves to package the order and walk in across the room to another pickup station. It was a very disappointing experience and I don't blame the people working there. It's the fault of whomever manages the operation. They have the audacity to request a tip in the checkout process but never even make eye contact, smile or acknowledge ones presence. I felt like I was trespassing. Doesn't matter how the food tastes. The atmosphere is unwelcoming to customers. As consumers we deserve better and should reward merchants with our business only when it's deserved
