  As a frequent commuter. I consistently find this Safeway location to have uniquely excessive wait times compared to others in the region. ​Rush hours follow predictable patterns, yet staffing levels consistently fail to match peak traffic. Effective workforce scheduling and quick adjustments to register coverage during high-volume periods are basic operational expectations, so it is frustrating to see this remain an issue after four years. Poor scheduling not only impacts customer convenience but also places an unfair burden on front-line employees who are left overwhelmed during busy hours. ​Furthermore, unlike other locations where management actively steps in to assist on registers during surges, leadership here remains noticeably absent from the sales floor. Improving scheduling management and taking a hands-on approach during peak hours would drastically enhance both customer experience and store efficiency.

  I mostly have good visits to the TL store but one of the things I was trying to buy was expired. I went through the rest of the pile and all of them were expired. I thought I'd mention this to the manager since they shouldn't have anything on the counter that expired 4 months ago. But he was overly casual about it. Which was a bit weird. I guess I thought it's a bigger deal. So check the expiration dates folks.

  Got into the store, realized I needed a cart, and there were no exits. Its all one way and forces you to stand in line to exit. Something as simple as turning around to grab a cart is made difficult in an attempt to guilt you to into making a purchase before you can even leave the store. I just left and went elsewhere. If they dont want want me to be able to do something as easy as grab a cart, I dont want tongive them my money.

  Safeway in T L needs to start thinking of the customer and not their bottom line. every Saturday they are short checkers never any baggers. today it was seven minutes in line and not one checker thank goodness one came off of break without manager approval and took care of us management is disgusting as they were called and never responded. If they can’t staff and run a store they should just close it. I have had it!!

  Bring back the paper bags with handles! It’s especially hard for seniors to carry groceries into house with no handles and still charge the same amount for handless bags as the ones with handles. Just another way to take our money and think we don’t notice
