  No stars,, but I have to out one or it won't record this post. What is wrong with these new systems..Hahaha. Stand up for yourself, because I asked for a price check on tuna when it can up $19, clearly a bunch of these cans were on the 5.99 shelf. The manager grabbed my new phone case slammed it on the check out table said its a wrong barcode. So can't I just have the 5.99 price whatever it is? They said no, so I want that better brand I have to "grab my own" according to the manager. I said I si, which is 5.99 merchandizing messed up placements for false advertising. The manager did not apologize or fix the price/ item problems. I worked retail before so it was more frustrating to see the vons employee and manager not to say sorry, help get the right one to me( the customer). In the meantime my peppers and bread were rang twice by the sales clerk(while complaining to employees and customers that she was supposed to be off the clock 10 minutes ago)...like so what in my mind u get over time that's good then other people may not have a job, but I kept my mouth quiet until the overcharges happened, but I did get my money back on those. Shop Target and whole foods for better prices and friendly service, unfortunately this store only carries the good LA Banderita tortillas brand so I have to shop here to buy that. Avoid long lines and this store @ all costs!!! It took me longer to wait at the checkout line ( than it took my to find and grab 5 items I knew where they were ans because I had beer (i can't self check even though an employee is standing guarding each register right there). Lame no stars and more frustrating experience than any place that I have gone.

  This store is being run poorly. I have always done my shopping here because its the closest grocery to me. But recently, everything has been so bad. There are just few cashiers, I think I saw one clerk at the front today, all the carts are piled up outside so there are none by the entrance to use. And it's not just the front side, it's all the departments. You have to wait almost 20 minutes to be helped at every department. Whoever the store manager is should be ashamed at how they are running this store and this company should be ashamed for letting it get this bad. It used to be good. It's extremely disappointing. And I don't want the same reply you give everyone else, take accountability and do something about it.
