  If I could give Kmani a negative zero, I would. Every time I come in, she has a very cold and unfriendly attitude toward me. I always try to be polite, say thank you, and treat her with respect, but she’s consistently short with me and never welcoming. What really stood out to me was my last visit. For the first time, I actually saw her smiling, but it was with two other women. They thanked her and she warmly responded, “No problem,” while smiling at them. I was honestly surprised because I’ve never seen her smile at me before. On another visit, I thanked her and all I got back was an “mm-hmm.” The difference in the way she speaks to me compared to other customers is very noticeable and uncomfortable. Those same women were standing by the pickup area and nothing was said to them, but the moment I stood there, she immediately told me to move. I understand if space was needed for pickups, but it felt unfair that I was singled out. Her attitude comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I truly feel unwelcome when she’s there. I’m a customer just like everyone else and deserve the same courtesy and respect. I love Jamba Juice, but I genuinely dread coming in when she’s working.

  Customer service is TERRIBLE. I saw some other comments about the African American girl that works there, she is rude and disrespectful. Glad I wasn’t the only one who’s had terrible experiences here.I’ve had two terrible encounters this the first one I ignored, didn’t feel like dealing with it so I just left. This time she said a disrespectful comment to me and my partner while we were looking at the menu, she said it very loud. Her co workers as well just went along with it smiling and laughing. Thinking we didn’t hear, we just walked out and left. We went down the street to boba time , customer service there is way better. Workers are actually nice and friendly. Plus their prices definitely beat Jamba Juice and so does their menu. Shes probably mad Boba times taking them out of business who knows. Suprised they haven’t fire the African American girl after all these complaints on her.

  African American girl very rude went in and heard her say a rude comment about us, left and did not buy anything. told a close family member about her and they also told me she was very rude. Never going back.
