  This location struggles immensely with online orders. They have made mistakes with my orders 3 times in a row, and wrong other times as well. The food quality is always inconsistent (Stale chips one time, undercooked rice another, overly seasoned chips another, small portions, etc.)While I do appreciate that they are constantly looking for new hires (via door sign), however there are just so many 'free chips' and 'free entrees' you can allow before accepting this chipotle location is just a poor one. I implore you to go to the location in the Peninsula center instead. The extra distance to ensure your food isn't incorrect is easily worth the time and mileage.

  This evening, I visited this Chipotle location, and I have to say that there is a serious lack of leadership, professionalism, and accountability at this location. Please explain to me when it became acceptable for an employee to yell at a customer. To make matters worse, the employee aggressively said, “Are you going to let me explain it to you?” When I responded and expected the same level of respect that I was giving, she proceeded to storm off and say that she was not going to help me. Oh, and I forgot to mention—she claimed to be a manager. Then came Angel, who also stated that he was the manager, yet insisted that he did not have to provide me with the name of the employee who thought it was acceptable to yell at me and my wife. When I contact corporate, I want to be able to clearly identify who was involved in this incident. Whatever happened to basic customer service and accountability? If providing excellent customer service and treating customers with respect is not required, then what exactly is?Unfortunately, this location already has a horrible reputation, and review after review mentions how rude and disrespectful the employees are. After my experience tonight, I can understand why. Chipotle needs to take a serious look at the leadership and customer service at this location. Customers should not have to tolerate being yelled at, spoken to aggressively, or refused service simply because they expect to be treated with basic respect.

  I used to love Chipotle, but I had a terrible experience today; the employees have awful customer service, and the steak was bad and undercooked. I’m so sorry but I will never go back. If they don't like their jobs, they should just quit.

  Very very rude lady here, evening time. I don't recommend coming here at all. Its very upset when the owner sends the same reply to everyone that complains about SERVICE, we're actually deserving better service than this because we're spending money here, NO body is giving us something for Free. Please train your employees to be more kind and really care about the customers not about how quick they process the order. Is not about numbers it's about quality of customer service.
