  Got a fried catfish or chicken wings craving? Jessie has got your back. Some of the best fried catfish I’ve had yet. I ordered 2 plates of the 5 piece fried catfish and I keep coming back. Tried the wings yesterday and they were 🔥 but of course I had to get some fried catfish with it to make it perfect. The wings were nice and juicy and bursting with flavor on their own and yet the dipping sauce made it even better. The fries were nicely salted and crunchy, the potatoe salad had a nice bite to it, and the macaroni salad was nice and creamy. Flavors across the board just mix well together and it will leave you feeling satisfied. Jessie you are doing the lords work out here, (or at least you would be if you were open Sundays 😉). If you are afraid or detest fish… try this spot out. Trust the flavor, trust the process. Support your local business and show Jessie some love. You won’t find something this good unless you go all the way to Oakland so if you are between Crockett and El Cerrito and you need that last minute fried fish kick, Who Dat Cat is the spot!! Also I never make reviews so…. That’s saying something. UPS Nate out!

  This is by far is the best Cat Fish and prawns I have had in this area. The fish is fresh and the steak fries are seasoned just right. 3 friends and I got the combo to taste the chicken fish, prawns and fries. I will be coming back soon. Also the home made tartar sauce was fire. Check it out!!!

  This is my 4th time ordering from who dat cat and the fish is mouth watering very fresh and moist. I wish the pieces were a bit larger instead of small nuggets. Overall I will buy again.

  Crispy, delicious catfish! The batter was beautifully seasoned and the fry was perfect. Also the tartar sauce was creamy and very well done. We drove up from El Cerrito and will definitely be back. The owner is super friendly, and I'm looking forward to trying the boudin sausages, although it'll be hard to not just order the catfish again. Would be great for a picnic!
