  I stop by the Nordstrom Espresso Bar at Hillsdale Mall almost every day, and the service never disappoints. Jake and all the female staff ( Mae, Erin, Raiel, Peaches) and the managers Sabrina and Kate, are so welcoming, friendly, and hardworking. They really make the place feel special. Everyone there is attentive and makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. The coffee is great, but honestly, it's the people and the service that keep me coming back day after day. Highly recommend!

  I’ve ordered the matcha latte from Nordstrom Café many times at other locations, so I know what to expect. This time, it tasted like iced milk with just a tiny hint of matcha. I was actually on a phone call when I started drinking it, and after a few sips I stopped and thought, “What is this?” I went back and asked if this was really how they normally make their matcha latte. The staff confidently told me yes, that this is exactly how it’s made every time. I was honestly surprised because it looked and tasted nothing like the matchas I’ve ever had. I’ve attached a photo of the drink I received, along with one from the Walnut Creek Nordstrom Café, which has consistently made excellent matcha. I’ll let others decide for themselves whether these look like the same drink.

  Not impressed with this Nordstrom eBar. There were fruit flies visibly flying around inside the pastry case, which is unacceptable for a place serving food. When I pointed it out, the employee with black hair with a name tag that had the name “May” and she brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. To make matters worse, my drink was made with regular milk instead of oat milk, i am sensitive to anything containing dairy, this could have been dangerous if i was allergic because it could result in a visit to a hospital . When I asked for it to be remade, she rolled her eyes, spoke in a rude tone, and acted annoyed that I even asked. That’s not how you treat paying customers, especially when the mistake was theirs. Cleanliness and basic customer service seem to be lacking here and yet ironically nordstrom prides itself on delivering the best customer service. Won’t be rushing back

  Flies were walking all over the pastries asked if those were maybe just for display and if they pulled the pastries from under the shelf or from a plastic wrapping they said they do not and that those are the ones they serve.Utterly disgusting and disappointing.
