My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the short blonde woman working there responded with a lot of attitude instead of basic customer service. Mistakes happen, I’ve worked in customer service before but how staff handle these mistakes matters—and this was handled poorly. For a store like Nordstrom that prides itself on service, this experience definitely missed the mark.
