We're visiting from out of state and really glad we stopped here. Our server Michael was very kind and friendly, and the menu had plenty of great choices and very reasonable prices for how much you get. Hoping we can stop again on our way back!

Booked a reservation for “World Soccer Match Viewing”, arrived 10 minutes early and they did not honor it. We got seated very far. The closest TV was smaller than my phone’s screen. What’s worse was they gave the group waiting in the line behind us the better seats way closer to the bar area where more TVs were. Spoke to staffs and they weren’t helping us. I feel they completely mismanaged the reservations and they don’t care.

My first time at Lazy Dog. We dont have a dog but sat on the patio. The patio smelled like dog, the dogs were barking at each other and the owners didnt seem to care. One kid was screaming. The plant had white dog hair inside the water below the plant, also black drink straws and mudd. The plastic walls made it non patio. The food and service were good. They need a big deep clean, i will sit inside in the future. Too much dog hair on the ground and barking.

Unfortunately, I no longer enjoy coming to this restaurant. They got annoyed with me when I asked to move my seat because I did not want to sit close to the bathroom. I was told I was being a problem. I just personally don’t like to eat and sit close to a bathroom, not only that I came again another time with my son and daughter and was treated extremely poorly. I was told that the seats that we wanted to sit at were reserved and not even 10 minutes later. There was a Caucasian family that was sat down in those same exact seats. Another time I came, it took them 30 minutes for a waiter to come up to me and take my order to where management who was very understanding came up to me and gave me two free meal tickets. This place is no longer a good experience for me or my family

Lazy Dog restaurant was good and I visited several locations from SJ, San Mateo, and Sacramento. Atmosphere is like a big lodge, open spaces, music, games on TV in the bar area, and friendly dogs are welcome in the enclosed patio. Food was good, well prepared and tasty with a decent variety to choose from. In the recent past they started cutting down the menu. Salads were not as fresh. Fish tacos went from fresh grilled to flash fried frozen logs, and now are gone. They have shrimp tacos now, if you want that. Bbq Bean burger, gone. So I tried pancakes with bacon, which was overly seasoned. The pancakes were rubbery, I could tell we're pre-made & frozen by their too uniform shape and rubbery texture. Just like trader Joe's microwavable ones. Also, someone turned up the subwoofer speakers and the booming was annoying. Im not paying for this anymore. So my wife and I are now Gone too, not going back.
