    Manny was great! He provided excellent customer service, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to talk with customers to make sure everyone was satisfied with their experience. His positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.

    Update: 07/03 thanks for the store owner to reply. Though the reason for this review is not to get my order fixed. It looks there is some gap in current order system. If it has happened to me multiple times, I am sure it has happened to other people too. Please streamline the current process, for example always have someone double confirm every order bag before sending them out, which should greatly improve the situation. This is the third time they are missing item. Sometimes, it’s one burger, sometimes it’s the chicken nuggets. Happened both for self pick up or door dash order. This is so annoying.

    Came in to pick up an order. Couldn’t activate my order as my service on my phone is horrible in that area. Luckily a very nice girl came to help, unfortunately none of her team helped her with my order which did result in missing sauces which were already on the receipt but the fact there is a lack of team work and more yappin is hella annoying.

    Always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The food is consistently good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is always friendly. I especially wanted to recognize Manny. My order was made incorrectly, and he was incredibly kind and quick to make it right. He went above and beyond by fixing the order and even offering a dessert for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen anywhere, but great customer service is what stands out, and Manny handled the situation exceptionally well. Thank you, Manny, for turning a mistake into a positive experience. Employees like you are a big reason customers keep coming back!

    I was in the area for work from Monday 06/08 to Thursday 06/11, and decided to get an single ice coffee everyday, during my lunch break, at this location. On Monday, something happened to my order and it was missed or deleted by accident. Around 10-12 minutes after ordering, Benny noticed that I had been standing their waiting for a while. He promptly asked what I had, got my coffee, and apologized for the wait, along with gifting me a free cookie. I rejected the receipt, and offered to show my bank statement as proof of purchase, but Benny said he trusted me. Not only was he clearly a hard worker, with the way he was moving behind the counter, but he noticed me and believed me. I appreciate him for that. The cashier, Selia was also a sweetheart. On Tuesday, the same delay to my coffee happened again. This time, I kept the receipt. I often wait until 15 mintues to speak up on such matters because I understand how tense the fast food industry is. After 13 minutes passed, Manny noticed I had been standing there for awhile. He asked me what I was waiting on, and for my receipt. He took it back behind the counter and got my coffee. He apologized many times, expressed that he informed coworkers of this, asked if I wanted to speak to a manger (I did not), and gifted me a cookie. He stood and talked with me for a bit before I headed out, and I told him I'd be back tomorrow. I'd like to also note that I witnessed his warm and friendly demeanor for every guest he interacted with while I was there. On Wednesday, after 4 minutes of waiting for my order, Manny saw me and remembered me. He greeted warmly and when he noticed I had not gotten my coffee yet, he went to make it himself. He returned with my coffee, and gifted me a cookie. We had a short friendly chat, and he apologized again for yesterday. On Thursday, I ordered my coffee as usual, but this time I had a couple of questions that Alex, my cashier, was happy to answer. Because of him, and the string of gifted cookies, I decided to order a 6 pack of cookies for those I had been working with for the past few days. When I went to stand off to the side to wait for my order, Manny recognized me once again, and had a small chat with me. During this, Selia was making my coffee and brought it to me directly. She said that she remembered me from before, and that Manny expressed what happened the other day. So, she decided to make it when she noticed me come in. This was an incredibly sweet gesture. Shortly after, Benny called my name for the cookies and appear to remember me as well. Although my coffee was delayed for 2 days in a row, my interactions with the staff here have been an absolute pleasure during my work trip. Thank you to the staff for being considerate, observant, and friendly.
