I doordashed and forgot to give my drink to the dasher. I pay extra for stuff to add on my food and they don’t add it yet I paid for it. It’s always something with this place

The shift leader, Marcela, completely ignored her role and just stood there laughing with another employee. They gave me blank stares, refused to help, and brushed me off like I wasn’t even there. I live right across the street, and I used to come here all the time. After this experience, I will never return. Completely unacceptable service. Stay away from this place.
