  The workers should be made aware that when customers stand on the side of the building they can hear everything you say inside. I order every week and every week I would ask them just to not burn my breadsticks. I was told they all go in at the same time at the same temp and come out the same way so it’s impossible to burn. When I pushed back on this bc I have gotten burnt breadsticks they told me sometimes that happens if they sit under the heat lamp too long. So I figured it wouldn’t be an issue since I walk in and order & wait for them. Usually it’s ok. This particular time I got 3 orders and one was clearly burnt. I asked if they would replace the burnt ones. First they asked which ones… look at the picture- it’s not hard to tell… another worker came over and she then told me she would put in another order but “they might come out the same way” I pushed back because the other 2 are fine. She then told me it was “the dough” Make sense of that… bc I can’t. So now I’ve been told it’s impossible, it’s the heat lamp and it’s just the dough. They finally agreed to bake another batch and while I stood on the side of the building I could hear the “it’s the dough” girl ask another employee when my breadsticks were ready “are they still burnt? Oh whatever, I really don’t care.” Hey at least she concedes that they were burnt! The other issue I’ve had is asking for extra seasoning on the side and them guarding it like it’s gold, although they will add it on top. I’ve told them a handful of times I don’t want the sauce but they continue to give it to me every week so every week I throw out 3 cups of sauce. If they’re concerned about waste- why not just keep the sauce and give one little side of extra seasoning- it certainly costs less than the sauce. There is a girl named Emily there that is very sweet and always very friendly and I’ve never heard her trashing customers on the side of the building. So that’s a plus! The one star for service is for Emily. Also in the picture is the ONE time they gave me the extra side of seasoning, every time I’ve asked since then they have acted like I’m asking them to relinquish their first born son.

  Worst pizza ever. $31.52 for a large cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and not one drop of sauce. Huge disappointment. And a $4.80 tip. I’ll never be back.
