What a waste of $60, oh don’t forget that the wings count as two pieces of chicken and since they over cooked everything the wings are 1/3 the size. Total crappy food

This isn’t the first time I’ve received a plain churro from this location. After three failed attempts, I wasn’t offered a refund or any other resolution. For an expensive and already mediocre churro, this shouldn’t be such a difficult request. Cinnamon sugar is what makes it a churro! This is my local El Pollo Loco, and I’ve been a regular for far too long, so the repeated poor service is especially disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
