Atmosphere is great. Fun place to hang out with friends. The angriest watermelon cocktail is delicious. The food was meh, too salty. Staff is great too.

Kids had a blast after a soccer match! Food is unfortunately mediocre at best but kids love it for all the games etc. Not a place for West Coast IPA connoisseurs. Service was 😃👍

The bartenders were lackluster and the most un-engaged we ever experienced, just serving the drinks, and not tuned in to the customer like a good bartender should be

We were here for a baby shower in a private room with a private bat. The service, food and room could not have been more perfect!! From the moment we walked in until walking out the manager and crew went above and beyond to make the shower special! If you have a special occasion, please put Draft Republic San Marcos on your list!

This was one of the worst dinners we have ever had — if not THE worst. We stood at the front for a good bit and attempted to seat ourselves when a gal came over from the bowling alley to assist us with seating. No greeting, no niceties… all business. When we left the restaurant, we walked past another gal at the hostess both and she did not bother to say thanks or goodnight - she just ignored us.
We’ve been here before and actually enjoy the atmosphere. We had a great time bowling and felt the food was a bit overpriced, but the vibe helped balance it out enough that we decided to come back for dinner. Big mistake.
We spent over $180 (for a party of 3) and only ordered two entrees. We left hungry and disgusted. To make matters worse, they tack on a 5% “supplemental for rising costs” fee on top of an already severely overpriced menu. You will be ripped off.
Our drinks — a $17 mocktail, an old fashioned, and a draft beer — were the highlight and all three were mediocre at best.
We ordered the cauliflower, tangy wings, and ceviche as appetizers. All three were terrible. The cauliflower was soggy and not cooked and left nearly untouched. We ate the chips but left most of the ceviche because it was that bad. We were going that the wings were the “redemption item” — the one thing we were hoping would turn the night around. They didn’t. Our family agreed the wings were the BEST thing we had all night, and we rated them a 4 out of 10.
Our waitress watched us leave 2 out of 3 appetizers virtually untouched and never once asked if anything was wrong. I even mentioned to one of the staff that we were counting on the wings to save our dinner (called them “redemption wings”)... Nothing. Oh and get this - the wings were small and came in a set of 7 wings, our server informed us it’s a way the new Chef persuades dinners to “have to order more than one order.
For our entrees, we ordered two surf and turf quesadillas. The guacamole looked like it took a turn. One of us forced through it, but we boxed up the second one, took it home, and threw it straight in the trash.
Buyers and diners, please be warned — this place is terrible. For $180+ with a junk fee on top, you deserve so much better. We won’t be back. I tipped 23% with the BS supplemental fee and have ever felt so taken advantage of in a dining situation.
One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. I wanted to call Gordon Ramsey’s folks for an intervention. I’m not kidding. Felt like they just stole my hard earned money and the only thing they delivered in was a very disappointing dinner out.
