- TFToru Fujinami2 days ago1.0The food came 30 minutes after the initial delivery estimate. The driver’s location on the app was also not working and stayed at the store for the entire time. We also requested the food to be placed on the bench, but the delivery person placed it on the ground right in front of the door and blocked it from opening.
- MMMairmotoJun 18, 20263.0I've only had issues with this place twice and today was one of them, ordered delivery and it's was 14 minutes late of the initial estimated time, I get a call from the driver Sean, he was on the apartment complex next to mine which is divided by a fence there not connected and he asked how to get to my place I did direct him and told me it's going to take more time unless you want to meet me at the gate, I said no thanks he hung up, I get the delivery I specify when I place the order to be left at the door, he gives me a receipt and pen I don't add a tip and he visually gets upset, I'm sorry but I'm not tipping with that kind of attitude

- RPRosa PecoraroMar 23, 20261.0Where do I even start?! First off their General Manager Vanessa is extremely rude and unhelpful and very insincere! For background, my son was having a birthday party March 22nd. I wanted to pay and place the order ahead of time so that I didn’t have to worry about it and someone else could pick it up for us. I tried placing it a week ahead (it was paid for), but after receiving a confirmation email they were followed with “cancellation emails” not ONCE but on two separate occasions. I called and spoke to the manager on multiple occasions. Both times they told me “we have never seen this happen before and they were unsure of what to do but they could confirm the cancellation and I shouldn’t be charged for the orders and should get a refund but they can take my order over the phone.” I didn’t want to risk it happening a 3rd time so I told them “I will place the order the day of”. Great the day comes around I place the order and my friend goes to pick them up. Once he arrives they try to tell him I have three order, two of which need to be paid for. I explain the situation again to them and my friend leave with only the one order that successfully went though on my end. Later Vanessa calls me and rudely tells me “I have all these pizzas here for you that someone needs to pay for and pick up”. I explain the situation to her and she does “we don’t cancel orders. All that meant was your payment didn’t go through”. Which is bull shit cause I paid with a pre paid gift card and I used that same one for the final order that did in fact go through. Also, that not what the emails state (as shown in attached photos). She then goes” I understand but someone needs to pay for them.” She continues to try to get me to pay and pick up the pizzas. So, why wouldn’t the managers both times I called tell me “hey they went through on our end but the payment didn’t.please pick them up and pay in store.” What an easy fix. If that was the case. But they did not say that and comfirmed the orders did cancel. So, now why is Vannessa trying to bully me into paying for Dominoes mistake? She was rude and had horrible customer service. I can’t believe my experience with this store. Absolutely horrible :(
