  Where do I even start?! First off their General Manager Vanessa is extremely rude and unhelpful and very insincere! For background, my son was having a birthday party March 22nd. I wanted to pay and place the order ahead of time so that I didn’t have to worry about it and someone else could pick it up for us. I tried placing it a week ahead (it was paid for), but after receiving a confirmation email they were followed with “cancellation emails” not ONCE but on two separate occasions. I called and spoke to the manager on multiple occasions. Both times they told me “we have never seen this happen before and they were unsure of what to do but they could confirm the cancellation and I shouldn’t be charged for the orders and should get a refund but they can take my order over the phone.” I didn’t want to risk it happening a 3rd time so I told them “I will place the order the day of”. Great the day comes around I place the order and my friend goes to pick them up. Once he arrives they try to tell him I have three order, two of which need to be paid for. I explain the situation again to them and my friend leave with only the one order that successfully went though on my end. Later Vanessa calls me and rudely tells me “I have all these pizzas here for you that someone needs to pay for and pick up”. I explain the situation to her and she does “we don’t cancel orders. All that meant was your payment didn’t go through”. Which is bull shit cause I paid with a pre paid gift card and I used that same one for the final order that did in fact go through. Also, that not what the emails state (as shown in attached photos). She then goes” I understand but someone needs to pay for them.” She continues to try to get me to pay and pick up the pizzas. So, why wouldn’t the managers both times I called tell me “hey they went through on our end but the payment didn’t.please pick them up and pay in store.” What an easy fix. If that was the case. But they did not say that and comfirmed the orders did cancel. So, now why is Vannessa trying to bully me into paying for Dominoes mistake? She was rude and had horrible customer service. I can’t believe my experience with this store. Absolutely horrible :(

  One of the things that is kind of ridiculous if you are trying to get a pizza to go have a picnic or something they don't provide plates

  I will not be using this Domino's store. The person who was answering the phone was rude and the website would not let me try to tip before i place my order. I cancelled my order and will not order from them ever. I will support a local pizza store.

  No matter which location I go to the employees are always friendly and accommodating! The $8.99 carryout (less than $10 with tax)-1 Pizza with 1 Topping- is the best deal in town! If you are like me and red sauce gives you heartburn, try their Garlic Parmesan Sauce! Mmmmm!

  I Have had issues with this location in the recent past 09/2021. HOWEVER They have stepped it up to meet "ALL" My expectations. (I am one tough critic and this store will back me up on that statemnet). This store did a turn around like no other. Sorry this is lengthly but I want you to get the experiencee. In May 2020 I bought a pizza from this location and it wa SO GOOD!!!! I ordered a second one about 5 days later looking for the same out come and was majorly depressed. I called the store, they did what they do gave me all kinds of credit here and there but all I wanted was that same pizza i had gotten five days ago.. they couldn't prevail... ALTHPOUGH THEY TRIED VERY HARD!!!! it just wasn't the same. almost two years later, Today 01/17/2022 I decided to try again and YOU KNOW WHAT? The food was phenomenal.. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED... But honestly and more importantly, the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED Couldn't make a bad piizza. I had Alexia as my delivery driver, and what a charm she was... You want god, NO GREAT PIZZA and the best Customer Service in the world that I have experrienced..... Call Domino's in San Marcos.. The funny thing is.... I don't believe the manager cares for me, at all!! But I don't blame him, I was hard on them. BUT HE HAS TURNED THAT PLACE AROUND WITH GREATT FOOD AND EVEN GREATER DRIVERS!!!
