- ARAngela RolonMay 4, 20261.0I just left there. Today is May 4 at 12 PM so you can do your research on who was the manager for that day and time. Very unprofessional Asia was very rude to the customers. They were very busy and instead of putting the pick up orders on the rack where they belong, they were keeping them in the back and getting annoyed when the customers came in to pick up their pick up order.

My brother was visiting from out of town and specifically wanted Chipotle, even though I hadn’t been in years. Unfortunately, our experience—especially our interaction with an employee named Aracelli—completely ruined the visit. Because of this, we won’t be coming back.

I came here once before and had a super long wait time experience but I thought it was just an off day. I gave it another chance since I was in the area and line was not as long this time but it still took 30 minutes to place an order! On top of that they were out of some ingredients! The chicken tasted bad too and burnt - so gross- it left a bad after taste- I couldn’t finish it and I was hungry!
