What threw me off was I’ve ONLY been to chipotle 3x times in my life. And yesterday was about the last time I will go. So from my understanding, they should be guiding and helping you when you are getting an order, especially if you are a new customer it didn’t matter if you were there constantly or the first time. The customer service was absolutely crap. It seemed like everyone that was working. There was their first day. Everyone didn’t know what to do how to do it not only that they tried to feed me burnt burnt chicken at the bottom of what they had left of course I’m going to say something. I don’t even know why they thought a customer would want something so burnt it looked like burnt ends at this point now mind you I’ve gotten the same thing and this is just a recently which is the honey chicken well this time they definitely messed up my whole order to the point where I only took a few bites of it, and I still have it in my fridge right now and I’m probably gonna throw it away later. 😂 I was confused from the beginning to the middle all the way to the end and they went up to the point where I was just paying for it. I tried to tell them what I wanted and it seems like they all got confused all over again and none of them knew what I was talking about or they did not have some of those things that goes for that meal. Yeah, I give one star thanks
