  I love Arby’s and have been a customer for many years. Tonight my son stopped by with his track team to grab a late night meal. When I was picking him up around 9:15ish I wanted to grab some food to go to my surprise the lobby was closed. I looked at the door and it said they closed at 10pm so I was a little confused on why the dining area was locked . I asked my son and he mentioned to me that the workers had told him they were closing the dinning area and once he left he wouldn’t be able to come back in because they were going to start cleaning for the night..? I’m confused if the hours state they closed at 10pm I would expect the restaurant to stay open until that time. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I was trying to open the door. Very disappointed in the customer service today.

  Very expensive for what we got. Almost $19.00 for two small beef sandwiches and one small order of curly fries. The fries were all broken up in a very small container. We used to love Arby's...such a disappointment! Will not return and won't go to any other Arby's. The prices are way too high and the customers are getting gouged!

  Not sure how this Arby’s has such good reviews, probably by mistake, folks giving reviews to this location meant for others. Drove through yesterday to get the seasonal fish sandwich and while it is better than most others, this location ruins it. We waited over 10 minutes for our order and it turned out that was obviously for one fish sandwich, the other had obviously been in the bag, apparently with the curly fries, the entire time the last fish was being cooked. So one fish sandwich was reasonably hot, the other and the fries totally cold. We have purposely avoided this location (1280 W San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA 92069) due to a previous bad experience about 2 years ago. Things have not improved and we will not go to this Arby’s again. Fully understand it’s a fast food place, but that implies quick service, which we didn’t get, and at least serve the food freshly cooked, meaning reasonably hot, don’t let food sit like ours obviously did.
