- LCLarissa ChavezMay 6, 20265.0Miguel, the 5th manager provided the ULTIMATE, above and beyond, customer service! I have one remaining AirPod, the right one, that matters because I am partially deaf and my good ear is my right ear! Anyways, I must have dropped it while I shopped (there was a guy with a bird on his shoulder, it was cute and I’m easily distracted by animals) but when I used “find my” TWO HOURS LATER, I saw that it was showing its location as at the store. I was so sad because we always see the sweepers in the isle and I was sure it was GONE forever. I took a chance drove there and started pinging from outside the locked door (it was FORTY FIVE minutes past closing) Miguel looks super young, so I thought for sure he was going to tell this old lady to kick rocks. He came to the door, winced when I told him I dropped my AirPod (he obviously knew my pain) but he told me to ping it, he ran through the store (seriously, he ran, with purpose) and HE FOUND IT! I’m so grateful to him! Also, this is my preferred store to shop at because it’s always clean and the self check out is roomy and the lines always move fast. Give Miguel a raise, for doing the lords work and helping nearly deaf people find their only airpod!
