- CLCarol Lambert3 days ago1.0Im writing as a customer at SLO vons since opening day, and before that when Scolaris. I am writing to express the decline in a pleasent shopping environment- audibly. I dont appreciate your blariing ads for disease over your speaker to sell pharmacy drugs ans vaccines. Purely offensive. And atanother time literally loud hard metal rock music. Not bckground and loud. Your poor employess who have to endure for a full work shift. This has been an issue for years but Im finally sooo annoyed I'm writing to you. Please evaluate and lower or better yet cease these ads. Thank you. Carol Lambert Life time customer!
- TST. S.Oct 7, 20261.0Tried to have a cake delivered to my college student, but they don’t do that. Tried to pay for it over the phone and have someone else deliver it, but they don’t do that. Worst customer experience in a long time. Vons needs to step into the 21st century. Too bad zero stars wasn’t an option.
- BFBrandon FischerSep 25, 20264.0So for a grocery store, this was an excellent experience. Got every thing I needed on my list, and as usual tons of things I didn't need right away. That being said the store was well stocked and clean. Staff was friendly and I felt good about the products availible for purchase. The items, you could tell we're all handled with care. Stop in try this place out!
- DEDustin EckertSep 1, 20261.0Employees are great, store director is a muppet though.
- TSTraveling StarAug 19, 20262.0Prices are pretty high and selection of dairy free cream cheese and yogurt was lacking. I realize my allergies are not your problem but I won't return to pay a premium without quality products.
