The food was disgusting and cold and old would not recommend. There was no parking in the parking lot. And there is a homeless guy out front. Not to mention the place look like a pig sty with trash. Everywhere and they were out of all of the Berry drinks and had no napkins. Or utensils, absolute worst chipotle, location of all time would not recommend hey, screen off the phone

No sour cream or cheese on my bowl. But my husband with a dairy allergy… got his bowl covered in sour cream, cheese and corn salsa… none of which was ordered. So we had to throw both those bowls in the trash, because he couldn’t eat them. Complete waste of money. Will not be back.

- JOJefferson OviedoJul 31, 20261.0This Chipotle location was extremely dirty. The dining area, soda fountains, and restrooms all appeared poorly maintained. Even the grill where the food was being prepared was heavily charred, and an employee had to scrape off what looked like nearly an inch of burnt buildup. Overall, the condition of the restaurant showed a serious lack of care. There was also a line stretching out the door, yet a new employee was left to prepare orders without enough support. I am not upset with him because he was polite and clearly doing the best he could while still learning. My issue is with the senior staff, who were unhelpful and handled the situation poorly. The new employee deserved better guidance, especially with such a long line, and customers deserved a cleaner and more professionally managed restaurant.
