  Las franquicias estadounidenses van en picada , cuando permiten que sus administraciones intervengan o modifiquen sistemas que ya están estructurados y han sido creados para que tengan funcionalidad desde un principio. Así que el problema no es el modelo de negocio , el problema es de quienes delegan para dirigen las franquicias. Es una franquicia ya está estructurada hasta la formula de las comidas ! Está estructurada el tiempo de cocción el tiempo en que puede ser empaquetado , el tiempo en que es entregado . Entonces por qué franquicias que ya tienen estructurada una ciencia no la pueden aplicar ? Para ser franquicia tuvo que ser prueba, error bastante tiempo A dónde van a parar los dueños de franquicia con contrataciones tan mediocres que se salen totalmente de lo establecido? ; Dejando como resultado una comida que nada que ver con la fórmula , y le agregamos el servicio clasista y racista que brindan sus empleados ? Quizás no sean los impuestos , gasolina , inflación o deflación Quizá sea una franquicia en manos de una administración avara que desvía los recursos y cambia calidad por cantidad en tanto a materias primas para productos como el tipo de personal que califica para prestar un servicio , obra de mano más económica "el chisme en el aire y las órdenes sin preparar con eficiencia y calidad , sin entregar o simplemente existiendo en el estante de recogida " Los empleados , meseros , parrilleros , cajeros hacen sus propias juntas para repartisen el papel de villanos que van a jugar hoy . Por qué más bien no se ponen en el papel de la gente que si hace lo que tiene que hacer , de la gente que está concentrada en su trabajo , que si está atendiendo un cliente , es atendiendo un cliente; con , amabilidad , respeto , y dignidad. No está en un certamen esperando a cuál cliente seleccionar para fines personales . Aquí confunden la amabilidad y el buen servicio y confunden el tipo de servicio que están prestando .... Pero según eso son personas ejemplo a seguir ! .

  To begin with, the ice machine at this location is always inadequate. You can never get enough ice from it and there seems to be no other option. The only reason I even went to this store was for a friend. Additionally, this has to be One of the filthiest restaurants I have ever been to. The floors were nasty. There were dirty napkins on the sticky floor. The counter was sticky. It was like nobody could be bothered to come out from behind the counter, let alone wipe down the counter right in front of them. In addition to that, the staff was extremely unhelpful And then became rude. As I took my order. I was trying to ask about the specialty drink my friend had ordeeed. The girl at the register just turned away from me as I was asking. So I attempted to figure it out for myself. She then turned back around to help somebody behind me. I tried to ask one of the other 12 people behind the counter. How to get the specialty drink because it wasn't apparent on the drink machine. And they all stared at me as if they were stoned. If you want even decent service, I would not recommend this Wingstop. I'm certainly done trying.
