  August 30, 2026 whoever was working the closing shift around 10:00 PM needs to be addressed by franchise ownership and management. I had to physically drive to this location after receiving a DoorDash order with missing items, incorrect items, and cold/undercooked wings. My frustration was already high because this has unfortunately become a recurring issue with this particular Wingstop location. When I arrived to address the problem, several employees went back and forth discussing my complaint in Spanish, apparently unaware that I understand Spanish. Their comments and attitude toward my complaint were completely unprofessional. One young man who spoke English was genuinely trying to help and translate before the staff realized I understood what they were saying. He appeared willing to help resolve the issue, but his superiors prevented him from simply remaking my order. Instead, they repeatedly insisted that I drive all the way back home, retrieve the food, and bring it back to the restaurant. So I did. I returned with the food they demanded, only to be met with even more rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate behavior. There was absolutely no reason a customer should have to make multiple late-night trips because a restaurant failed to prepare and deliver an order correctly in the first place. Also-I strongly encourage the franchise owner to review the exterior/parking lot cameras from approximately 10:00–11:00 PM on August 30. An employee who identified herself to me as “Claudia”-the same person who insisted that I go home and retrieve my bag of food-walked a huge Wingstop bag outside and appeared to give it to people she seemed to know. In exchange, they handed her what appeared to be a bag of In-N-Out. I am stating exactly what I personally observed and would encourage management to review the surveillance footage themselves. This location needs serious intervention from franchise ownership. Poor food quality is one issue. Repeated order problems, disrespectful treatment of customers, arguing about complaints in another language assuming the customer cannot understand, and this level of unprofessional conduct are another.

  Have had the wrong chicken wing order for the last 2 times. Check your order before you leave. I've returned and got a big story on why my order could not be refunded.
