  Great venue for group parties and family gatherings, birthday parties and celebrations. Came here twice: once was a company team building event and the other time for a teenager's birthday party. As someone who is not a golfer or first timer, I did like the video game aspect to hitting the balls. So it made it more fun to aim for certain areas and targets, showing points. This was entertaining and fun! Food and drinks are what you can expect from a venue like this. Even if you are not hitting, you can hang out inside, where there are plenty of large tv screens showing sports games. I also noticed there are private party rooms as well. Plenty of parking available on site. A fun and entertaining space for all kinds of celebrations and gatherings for all ages!

  A large Topgolf facility with all the trade mark items you would expect at such a facility no matter where you go in the country. This facility has three levels and a bar on the bottom and top levels. Never been a fan of the food as it always seems to be somewhat Hit or Miss. I can say that every time I've ordered french fries they've been a hit. I'm sure my cholesterol is thanking me. Lots of fun to play the various games that you can select. Place was not crowded and it's so big. Todd, you'll never feel the crowds even if it's busy. Just be aware if you get there early in the morning they usually have to wait for servers so they can activate the booths and actually get people playing

  A fun way to spend an afternoon/ evening. We got there with kids in afternoon, wasnt crowded at all but surely got crowded by evening. Good fun with good food. Fun trip for kids also. Tip- ask for a lower floor as it gets very windy on top floors.

  Honestly, this was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was just average — nothing memorable and definitely not worth the price. We ordered a few things and everything tasted like standard, uninspired bar food. The pricing is way too high for what you actually get. Between the mediocre food and the frustrating golf setup, it felt like a total rip-off. The bays were the worst part. The ball sensors are terribly insensitive. Half the time the balls wouldn’t come out and we had to swing the club around or stomp on the trigger multiple times just to get one ball. It completely killed any rhythm we had. There’s also a huge gap between the ball dispenser and the hitting mat, so every ball would roll into that gap and we constantly had to bend down to pick them up. After a while my back was killing me. On top of that, the mats are ridiculously heavy and almost impossible to move or adjust by yourself. We struggled every time we tried to reposition them. Overall, the concept sounds fun but the execution is poor. Between the technical issues, uncomfortable setup, and high prices, I wouldn’t recommend Topgolf unless you have no other options. Definitely not going back.

  I’ve been to Topgolf San Jose a few times before and it’s always been a fun experience—great atmosphere, good food, and a nice place to hang out with friends or family. However, my most recent visit with my family was disappointing. We couldn’t get a reservation and decided to try our luck as a walk-in on a weekend—which turned out to be a mistake. The initial wait time quoted was about 90 minutes, but it kept increasing with no clear ETA. It eventually stretched beyond 2 hours with no communication or updates. When I checked with staff, I was told that groups can keep extending their 30-minute slots, so there’s no way to commit to a wait time. If that’s the case, it’s unclear why walk-ins are even encouraged on busy weekends. The system feels unreliable and frustrating for customers trying to plan their visit. I’d strongly recommend making a reservation and avoiding walk-ins, especially on weekends. It can save you a lot of time and disappointment.
