- SSSethi SinghMay 12, 20261.0had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant while picking up a delivery order. I politely asked about the pickup time because the app showed a different estimate, and the employee responded very rudely, repeatedly saying, “I don’t care.” When I tried to explain that drivers and customers deserve respect and clear communication, the employee continued with an unprofessional attitude and said it didn’t matter who I contacted. Delivery drivers work hard and help restaurants complete orders for customers. A little respect and professionalism go a long way. Delays can happen, but rude behavior and disrespect are unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way staff treat delivery drivers and customers.
