- JGJulian GuardiolaMay 12, 20261.0Worst service ever . I came to this location a few times never had a problem ordering. Paulina was so rude when I ordered my sandwich. She denied any toppings I asked for and said I can only order the sandwich the way it's on the menu as she smiles and laughs. When I let her know if I could substitute toppings she denied me rudely. And when I asked for a manager name or number she refused to give me any information. I'm never coming back again.

The girl behind the counter was rude, did not get the order right, and kept sighing after every request. Last time we are going to this Subway! Usually have excellent workers behind the counter....not this time! Customer service is a big deal and either brings people back or turns them away.
