  Absolutely horrendous place. Was picking up 3 foot longs to be shared by 4 people due to a family medical emergency and I picked up 10-12 napkins. As I am walking out this man calls - wow that’s a lot of napkins. Looks like Subway does not want its customers to come back. Going down the drain.

  This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It was completely empty and the server was incomplete and the veggies were old. First of all, I ordered a foot-long sub with turkey and they gave me basically six slices of turkey total. So the Sandwhich was mostly bread and veggies. Secondly, some of the vegetables were gross and old, so I didn’t even ask for them. The server topped the Sandwhich with some pieces of old slimy spinach that I had to pull out. I would have expected the server to notice the veggies were old and remove them. Third, he barely covered the foot-long sandwich with toppings, and I had to ask him to make sure he completed both sides of the sandwich. Lastly when he closed out the sandwich with avocado, he didn’t make sure that the avocado didn’t fall out of it so when I opened up the package, the avocado was coming out of the sandwich. Do not go here.

  The owner, a short asian lady, is extremely skimpy on all of the ingredients. She will argue with you in front of customers. I think she scares the staff into also being cheap. If you expect those big overflowing sandwiches, skip this location and head over to Togos instead, down the street.

  HORRIBLE customer service from Alma. I forgot to add toasted to my order so I called after placing my order and she was very rude over the phone. She said “ did add it to your order” I said no. She then said okay and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As I went to pick up my order i accidentally used a small cup instead and I said I’m sorry and I grabbed a large cup which my friend ordered and I asked her if this was a large cup and she stated “ well you touched it” and i politely said why are you being very unprofessional and rude and she was talking in Spanish to her other coworkers who were there which made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
