  My mother recently developed an allergy to beef through a tick bite so I called to find out whether or not they could accommodate by preparing chicken on a dedicated service. They could not, but they were glad for my mother to bring in food from a next-door restaurant while I had my hamburger. We also both enjoyed the best milkshakes in town. This was a very supportive and business savvy response! Thank you.

  Today was my family first time eating at smash burger. This was a very pleasant experience. We was originally going to eat in n out. Since we was near by. We decided to try smash. The new cashier forgot to ring my order she did a fantastic job at taking my wife and daughter’s order. When the food came to our table. My order was left out. I kindly asked ( who seems to be the manager) She immediately offered to give me my order for free, I offered to pay but she insisted that my order should be free. We finished our meal and it was fantastic. I will be back at other locations throughout this state. Thank you for making our experience a joyful one.

  First time trying this place, I regret not trying it sooner, I'm on a business trip and I'll 100% Be coming back,!! The pickle double smash with the fried brussel sprouts was delicious!!!!! Brianna took care of me , Ty!!!! Blessed to have some food that isn't over priced but definitely taste like a fine dining burger,And if it was more expensive I'd gladly pay it, Worth every penny!

  was in san jose for the day , decided to go with smash burgers .. overall the food was decent but not bad at all . brianna helped me and my peoples decide on what’s best to choose from the menu and even gave us any sauce we wanted to help level up our meal. she constantly checked on us and overall just made the visit worth it overall , thanks for being very friendly it goes a long way!

  Met store number 1273’s manager, Richard, at my work, Ace Hardware, on July 4th, and having been curious about SmashBurger, asked if he was open that day, he replied that he was. I tried to make it by that evening, but was too burnt out, so I stopped by after work the very next day with my older brother in tow. I had never been , but was looking for someplace reasonably priced for a decent burger and not a whole lot of extra bells and whistles, I ordered a DBL Jalepeno Crema Smash, a Chocolate Shake, and a large order of some Sweet Pot Waffle Fries. They were delicious. The host, Indika, was very patient whilst I was reading the menu, even suggested some things, including what they would usually order.
