I've shopped at this location for years, but I think I've finally had enough. The customer service has gone downhill. Employees are often rude, many items are consistently out of stock, and when I needed help in Floral, the employee was on the phone instead of assisting customers. The store managers don't seem engaged with customers and often appear to be standing around rather than addressing the issues throughout the store. It's disappointing because just a year ago this store was well-managed, well staffed, and a pleasure to shop at. The frequent management changes seem to have had a negative impact, and I wish they would bring back the previous management team. What bothered me the most was that one of the managers, a woman with red/purple hair, made me feel like I was being watched as though I was going to steal simply because I have tattoos and look different this would always happened when I went shopping and one time with my kids and wife. I don't know if that was her intention, but that's how the interaction made me feel, and no customer should leave feeling judged or profiled based on their appearance. Unfortunately, because of these experiences, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Prices are going up faster than the rate of inflation in the county. Salmon price went up by $4 in a week. Beef prices too

Deli Department sandwich maker was rude and didn't want to make me a breakfast burrito because the jojo potatoes weren't ready and when I ask it's okay, she still made a rude and disrespectful, unprofessional attitude about making it. So I left and said to her that I don't want you to get upset in making my food and left the store. I will never come back there again for a sandwich.
