As he’s scanning my groceries and letting them pile and sit there didn’t even bother to bag them. He just started at me waiting till I bag them myself. While I have my baby waiting in the stroller. I looked at other cashiers nicely helping their customers. He gave me unpleasant and rude attitude.

It’s Aug 1. Still no response. Shocking. Last update. OK it seems that everybody that needs to know. Already knows and action has already been taken on all levels. The only thing missing was letting me know, but that’s not too important because everybody else was fully engaged and all over this. Carlos the director of that store is awesome and it took me through the whole process at the main department.
