- RFRoya FariborzAug 2, 20261.0This is the second time I've had this problem at this in Steven's creek Blvd store. This time, the chicken I purchased smelled spoiled. A while ago, I also bought salmon that had a bad smell. I called the manager over to report the issue. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the young manager simply listened, nodded, and walked away. He didn't apologize or say that he would investigate the problem. This experience makes me question the store's food storage practices. I don't believe food is being stored properly, and it seems like customer concerns are not taken seriously. Customer service was very disappointing. At the very least, I expected a sincere apology and a promise to look into the issue. Unfortunately, neither happened. I hope the store improves its food handling and customer service before someone has a more serious experience.

The shelf tag prominently displayed one price, but at checkout I was told that the promotion had expired and that the store had simply forgotten to remove the tag. Despite this being the store’s mistake, they refused to honor the displayed price, so I chose not to complete the purchase. Customers should not have to scrutinize tiny fine print to determine whether a prominently displayed shelf price is still valid. Keeping shelf tags accurate and up to date is the store’s responsibility. This experience was misleading, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time.
