She was doing nothing; there were quite a few customers and she wasn't serving anyone. She got angry when we called her to get our food. My half-hour lunch ended there, and she couldn't even make two sandwiches. She served me angrily, and not just me. She served other customers very rudely. She looked dirty, without a hat or hairnet. Honestly, she was very rude and had no customer service ethics. I asked her name, and she replied, "What am I supposed to do? She said she don't care, she been working there for years."
