A gentleman was getting some Chinese food and the young woman walked over and GRABBED my food without saying excuse me. When I gave her a look, then she abruptly said, “ I’m putting prices on them.” Both women, with no name tags, were staring me and another guy down as if we were going to run out with the food. And the location have had COMPLAINTS about these two numerous times. AND THEY’RE STILL WORKING HERE??? SMH Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Especially for the climate we’re living in today.

The only sign anywhere was a small, easy-to-miss sign that just read “24h restricted” — nothing stating a time limit. There were no other signs anywhere else in the lot and store entrance. When I went inside to ask, the staff were rude and refused to give me the tow company’s phone number, leaving me with no way to get my car back. The whole thing felt chaotic and genuinely unsafe. As a paying customer, I felt completely taken advantage of. Check the (barely visible) signage very carefully before parking here.
