- CRClaudia RamirezMay 13, 20261.0The girl employee that works at the online orders pick up yelled at me she look at me like she was trying to eat me whit her eyes and told me a lot of things I didn't do anything to her I asked for the order she went inside and she never came back until the others employee's came i asked another girl why she's like that she told she's always yelling and that she wants me to waste my time this happened at 8:16 am I came back like at 9:45 to talk to the manager but an male employee that was working at the self checkout lanes told me that he was a little busy and that he was going to talked to him

The elderly hispanic/mexican butcher man does not speak english and is rude and made me wait 40mins to not even do what I ask for. Should have had the common courtesy to just answer instead of making me wait almost an hour for nothing. Very disappointed because i never leave a bad review and I actually give 5 stars for the rest of this safeway. Please look into this poor service from the meat department because this is a ongoing issue that I have experience repeatly.
