  This place really should be named Pho Damn! I've been to Hanoi and the phở from Phở Đang is exactly what I tasted in Hanoi. I seldom think about dishes after I've eaten them but I have been thinking about Phở Đang's phở every day for the past week! Besides the authentic broth I'd like to call out some of their attention to detail on the food. The Phở comes with a lovely pickled garlic chili and fish sauce dip that the server prepped for us since we didn't know how to. The bean sprouts were nicely trimmed and steamed. And they give a generous portion of bean sprouts, chili, and limes, more than all restaurants I've been to. We also had the bun cha Hanoi, which was very authentic. Instead of regular lettuce they used butter lettuce, which is a premium ingredient I've never seen in bun cha Hanoi ever. This place should be busier than it is. Please go and visit so that they don't close down on me!

  The best pho I have had in the Bay area! The soup was delicious, the meats were tasty, it's on the pricey side at $22 a bowl, but it's really good

  From here I tried the: pho, bun cha, soursop smoothie, and lychee tea. I liked all of them! The staff was also very friendly and socializing with our large party. For the pho, make sure you get the fresh noodles instead of regular noodles. Vietnam Town and Grand Century Mall are also a short walk from here for more food and shopping afterwards.

  Fancy restaurant with a smaller list of menu items (compared to the usual pho spots). Parking was easy and it's close to a big plaza. The pho was excellent and the broth tasted clean. I liked their hot sauce and pickled garlic. Great spot if you want to try bougie pho.
